The spreading of influenza A H1N1, who to blame?

I just read some of the news article from some of the newspaper online. Some of them are
criticizing the goverment regarding the regulation on controlling the flu illness, and some of them are emphasize on the people of the Malaysia don't really take this flu as serious issues.

So who to blame in this matter? Start from August, the A H1N1 cases imported from others country are lesser and lesser, and today all of the cases are transimitted by locally. People and people are spreading the illness among themself.

So it's the problem of goverment where they don't take an effective steps to prevent the illness spreading among the illness, or the people don't take their full responsibility to prevent ownself expose to the public when they found sick or wearing mask when going out (it's useful?), or it's the virus are too strong?

Both parties are responsible in this issue.

  2. I think that everybody in Malaysia should be blame.. From minister until individuals. Why? Nobody getting serious in preventing this disease... want to know more, feel free to visit my blog..
