A H1N1 affect 42 school in Kedah

42 schools including all the primary, secondary and also University being affected by A H1N1 in Kedah Alor Setar.

These affected schools have different situation. Some of the schools students require to isolate themself, some of the schools close some classes, and the rest of the schools were closed for at least 1 week period.

According to the news, there are 32 person infected by A H1N1 currently, and 2 persons in hospital for medical treatment. These 2 person are one 25 years old pregnant women and one 56 years old blood pressure patients.

The awareness for H1N1 prevention in all kedah hospitals are sooo poor...walk-ins just behaving like the hospital is a very clean place, bringing all the young children to treat the hospital facilities like a playground...if the parents themselves already not having any awareness, what do u expect to see on the children? Also, own hospital staffs also not wearing masks. When asked,they replied that:oh,i am strong and fine, i won't get H1N1 or i don't see patients...so i don't have to wear a mask.......after hearing such comments...i am speechless...
